Harger, Laura Todd – elected first female clerk for West Bloomfield in 1919 at the age of 43. She served the township but could not even vote until the fall of 1920 when the amendment to the Us Constitution extended suffrage to women in 1920. She served from 1919 through 1931 and died in 1947. She was a teacher at the Pine Lake School. Laura, husband Stephen and son Douglas, are buried at Pine Lake. Section OC-33-4

James Ralph Fuller d. 1989. This 50 year old Bloomfield Hills corporate executive died in Pan Am’s Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, representing the lasting effects of such a massive tragedy. Grave has two buttons laid by the tombstone that read: “The truth must be known” and “Their spirit lives on.’ Section D-28-1
